I am in the process of reading and proofreading a new book for Alan Jones and reading The Weir by Ruth Moore. Have you read any of her books, Joan? I haven't gotten very far but I think I am going to like it and want more of Moore! She's a Mainer and writes of Maine if you haven't heard of her.
