Thank you, Katrina. Merry Christmas to you and yours (and a Happy Birthday to you know who!). My chef (Jack) is whipping up the next two tapas. We've already had spinach with pine nuts and raisins and garlicky mushrooms!
Thank you, Lynn. I like the old-fashioned Christmases best. We had a wonderful day watching my three grandnieces enjoy all the love showered on them in the form of presents. Two 2-year-olds and one almost-4-year-old. The best part of Christmas - plus my gift from my husband - a donation to the American Wild Horse Preservation Campaign. Perfect! I hope you and the kitties had a wonderful day, too!
Merry Christmas to you to Joan!
